Delete your Assetz account
Assetz (in.astudentzone.assetz)
You can delete your Assetz account and all the data linked to it at any time. You can do it yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
- Open Assetz and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap Delete my account at the bottom.
- Confirm. For your safety you may be asked to sign in again first.
Your account and data are deleted straight away, from our servers and from the phone.
Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)
Email naga2980@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Assetz account.
- Write from the email address you use to sign in to Assetz. If you signed in with a mobile number, tell us that number.
- We may reply to confirm the request is really from you before deleting anything.
- We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (email, Google or mobile number).
- Everything you added: assets and their details, people and nominees, goals, and points and referral records.
- Nominee links and every copy shared with your nominees, so they can no longer see anything.
- When you delete in the app: the expenses, documents and other data kept only on that phone.
What is not deleted
- Files you saved or shared yourself, such as an .assetz backup file or a PDF. They are under your control; delete them where you stored them.
- Crash reports and app usage statistics that do not contain your name, email or financial details. They are kept only for the limited time set by Google Firebase.
See also the privacy policy. If you uninstall the app without deleting your account, your account and online data stay until you delete them using one of the options above.
